Northstar Football News has released its latest team rankings from 9-Man to Class AAAAAA with only two weeks in the regular season remaining.

Lakeville North, Blaine and Eden Prairie remained the top three teams in Class AAAAAA, but Edina vaulted into the top five after Hornets 21-7 win over No. 4 Minnetonka. Woodbury, which handily defeated White Bear Lake, moved into the fifth slot.

Class AAA experienced a top-five shakeup too. No. 1 Pierz and No. 2 Rochester Lourdes maintained their stranglehold on the top two spots, but both Jordan and Jackson County Central fell from the ranks of the unbeaten. Fifth-ranked Mora bumped up two notches to third, while Breck and Spectrum rounded out the top five.

Spring Grove’s impressive win over sixth-ranked and previously undefeated Houston pushed the Lions past Cromwell into the No. 1 spot in 9-Man.
