Aaron Loe is a 6’2″, 185 pound QB from Lakeview High School who just signed his Letter of Intent to play for the Bethel Royals next season. Loe is a QB that can run, he goes through all of his reads and keeps his eyes down field on the scramble, only tucking and running if absolutely necessary. The skill that impressed me most on film was that he always set his feet before making a throw, he always had a great amount of touch on his throws as well. He also possessed a great deal of pocket presence. Loe finished his Laker career with 3,822 yards passing, 713 yards rushing and 32 total touchdowns. He was also a 1,000 point scorer in basketball and a State Qualifier in golf. I was able to ask him about his recent experience in his recruiting, Check it out Below!
NFN: Hello Aaron, would you walk us through your recruiting experience?
Loe: My recruiting experience was different, I knew I wanted to play sports in college, but I didn’t know which one (football, basketball, or golf). I attended a few junior day visits at Drake, South Dakota State and Bethel. They were all a great experience for different reasons.
NFN: What made you choose Bethel?
Loe: I was drawn to Bethel because of the family feel on the team that started with the coaches. They cared for their athletes both as football players and people. That was the most important factor to me because I won’t play football forever and it’s better for me to become a better man throughout college. The last factor was the academics that Bethel had to offer.
NFN: What will you miss about High School, both football and school?
Loe: I’ll miss the relationships I have formed with my teammates and coaches. My dad was the Offensive Coordinator for us, and I would not trade that experience for anything. I loved competing for Lakeview my entire life and will remember all the memories I’ve made for the rest of my life.
NFN: What do you plan on majoring in?
Loe: I don’t have anything picked for undergrad, but I want to pursue optometry in grad school.
