Amara Yobouet Amara Yobouet 6'0" | 255 lbs | DL Northeast | 2021 PA – Northeast (Philadelphia, PA): Yobouet is coming off a fantastic junior campaign in which he recorded nine sacks for Northeast High School. A 6-foot-1, 255-pound defensive tackle, Yobouet has a great first step and motor that gets him to the quarterback. He’s not the biggest defensive tackle but he moves extremely well and has great burst. There’s a lot to like about his play style and the only thing that probably held him back from being an FBS level prospect is his size. Currently, he’s committed to the University of Albany to play his college ball but if he could put together another strong season, I think there’s a possibility he could attract more suitors from the FBS level as he already holds one offer from Central Michigan.
Aonghas Evanick – Souderton: Like Yobouet, Evanick on the smaller side at 6-foot-1, and 225-pounds but has a great tool set with a lot to love. He has a nose for the football and consistently finds his way to the backfield. He does need to improve his first step and gaining a bigger burst off the line but there’s a nice foundation for Evanick moving forward. Currently, he is receiving interest from Division III programs with both Alvernia and Ursinus extending roster spots.
Jacob Schwind Jacob Schwind 6'1" | 240 lbs | DL Freedom | 2021 PA – Freedom:
Schwind isn’t all that fast but he is relentless in his pursuit of ball carriers and has some sneaky athleticism. He has a quality first step as well which often allows him to get a good jump on opposing offensive lineman. He does need to use his hands a bit more it seems based off his film but overall there’s a good amount to like about the Freedom standout. Currently it appears he’s being pursued by Division II and Division III programs.
Nick Yagodich Nick Yagodich 6'3" | 225 lbs | DL St. Joseph's Preparatory School | 2021 PA – St. Joes Prep:
One of the bigger prospects on this list, Yagodich has tremendous size at 6-foot-4 and 240-pounds and is someone who uses every bit of his size on the field. He has a good first step and uses his hands well, giving him the ability to consistently beat offensive lineman quickly after the snap. Even when he doesn’t beat offensive lineman right after the snap, Yagodich is strong enough to power his way through opposing offensive lineman. He’s committed to Harvard though I believe with a strong senior season, he could be someone who begins to pick up bigger offers. Other programs that have offered him so far include Akron, Army, Princeton, and Yale.
Jackson Spradlin Jackson Spradlin 6'1" | 290 lbs | DL Central Bucks West | 2021 PA -Central Bucks East
The biggest defensive tackle on this list, Spradlin may also be the strongest. The 6-foot-2, 290-pound defensive tackle shows tenacity and tremendous strength both on and off the field. On the field, he has the ability to bull rush through opposing offensive lineman and has a great motor to get to ball carriers. Off the field, Spradlin has maxed out at 400-pounds on the bench press and at 500-pounds for squats. A highly physical defensive tackle, Spradlin could turn into quite the contributor at the next level. Right now, he’s receiving interest from Division III programs.
