Members of the football senior class at Wichita Northwest High School have a lot in common. They all open more mail than a fourth-grade pen pal.
Northwest finished as a runner-up in the 2019 5A State Title Game. Nine members of the 2021 Grizzly Football Roster earned spots in the Kansas Preseason Class of 2021 Top 200. Eight of those players have been flooded with recruiting materials and could end up signing commitments with Division I programs.
DB, Wetu KalomoWetuKalomo6'1" | DBWichita NW | 2021StateKS, 6’1”, 195 (Ranked No. 12) – Kalomo is a cover corner who runs a 4.46 forty. He thrives in the powerful Grizzly defense and has incredible ball-hawking skills. Kalomo has and will continue to receive DI offers.
RB, Julius BoldenJuliusBolden5'11" | RBWichita NW | 2021StateKS, 5’11”, 190 (Ranked No. 15) – Bolden rushed for more than 1,500 yards in 2019. He has good hands and is a weapon catching screen passes.
OL, Zach Daher, 6’4”, 180 (Ranked No. 16) – Daher posts impressive weight room measurables and it shows in his play. He is strong enough to push the opposition around but also quick enough to fly by blockers. He also works hard in the classroom with a 3.6 GPA.

highest-ranked primary tight end in the Preseason Top 200 for the Class of 2021. He is a big target with soft hands. He has played multiple positions, but his size and strength point towards playing tight end at the next level.
