These players share the spotlight with other teammates that are higher recruited, but these players in their own right are high-level college prospects. Every one of these players is severely under-recruited. At Prep Redzone Florida, our mission is to get players like this promoted and seen!
Bam Collins- Boca Ciega
5’9 170lbs
46 car 422yds 5tds
Bam Collins shares the backfield with Chris Phillips Chris Phillips 5'7" | 160 lbs | RB Gulfport Boca Ciega | 2021 FL who has several Division 1 offers. If Bam played for other teams in the county he’d be 1300-yard rusher. When I watch him, he reminds me of Clyde Edwards-Helaire, he has a low center of gravity and runs with surprising power for his size. He does a good job of shaking up defenders to keep them off balance. Shows a good stutter step in the hole and has terrific vision. Has the ability to catch out of the backfield, but wasn’t used much in the passing game.

Jarquez Green-Clearwater Central Catholic
6’0 165lbs
30 rec 288 yds 2tds
12 car 60yds
Jarquez plays for one of the best teams in Pinellas County. He is severely under-recruited. He played in Eight Games last year and had a major impact on every one of them for a team that went to the state playoffs. He also doubles as a cornerback. He reminds me of Reidel Anthony who played for the Gators championship teams in the mid-90s. He has a tall but slight frame, he’s extremely explosive with the ball in his hands and is capable of turning short swing passes into long touchdowns. Does a great job of tracking the ball in the air. Shows run after the catch ability and is able to break arm tackles. Credit to the Clearwater Central Catholic coaching staff because they do an outstanding job of using him all over the field.

Marquvion Jeter-Clearwater High
5’8 160lbs
27rec 352yds 2tds
11 punt Rets 324 yds 29.5 avg 2 tds
Marquvion Jeter is one of the best punt returners in the state! He shows a unique ability to make people miss in short areas. He’s very creative with the ball in his hands. Has tremendous vision and burst through the hole, with the ability to bounce runs to the numbers and take it to the house. As a receiver, Clearwater mainly uses in the slot. He has excellent leaping ability and is a good route runner with excellent spatial awareness to know where he is when making catches in bounds.

Kai Martin- Calvary Christian
5’8 170lbs
138 car 1142 yds 14tds. 11 rec 223 yds 3tds
Kai Martin ran for 1142 yards for Calvary Christian. For being one of the best running backs in Pinellas County, it’s hard to believe he only has one offer (Valparaiso). Has tremendous agility and vision. Picks his holes smartly and has terrific speed in the open field. Reminds me of Christian McCaffrey with his ability to catch out of the backfield and become a quasi-receiver with the ball in his hands. One of the most explosive players in the Pinellas County and college coaches are majorly sleeping on him. Has the ability to break tackles despite his size and shows great leg drive. Could play running back or receiver in college.
