Here is a look at the members of the Senior Class of 2021 from Twin Valley League schools to watch when the football season begins with games on September 4.
DL, Colton Crook Colton Crook 6'1" | 250 lbs | DL Valley Hieghts | 2021 State KS , 6’2”, 240, Valley Heights (Ranked No. 136) – Crook has a quick first step. He knows how to finish tackles and fight off blocks well. He is fast enough to play pulling guard on offense, but his skills appear better suited for the defensive side of the ball.
WR, Colin Jueneman Colin Jueneman 6'2" | 190 lbs | LB Hanover | 2021 State KS , 6’1”, 180, Hanover (Ranked No. 141 – Junemann is a word is an athlete. He can play multiple positions including running back, quarterback and receiver. He benches 235 and is a big target. He knows how to win games as Hanover plays deep in the playoffs on regular basis.
LB, Evan Haines Evan Haines 6'1" | 170 lbs | LB Valley Hieghts | 2021 State KS , 6’1”, 175, Valley Heights (Ranked No. 148) – Haines led the Valley Heights defense in 2019. He has a nose for the football and creates turnovers. The Mustang senior is a high energy player. Haines also has the speed to be an impact special teams player at the next level.
DL, Kolby Talbot Kolby Talbot 6'0" | 220 lbs | DL Axtell | 2021 State KS , 6’0”, 220, Axtell (Ranked No. 156) Talbot packs a punch and has solid technique. He is built to play inside whether on offense or defense. He is quick through the gap and if he adds to his frame in the future he could play nose guard.
QB, Cameron Beardsley, 6’1”, 165, Valley Heights (Ranked No. 161) – Beardsley plays in a run-oriented offense. He looks like he could be a dual-threat quarterback or be moved to another position based on program needs.
