Camden’s talent was no secret going into this season, and he kicked off his Sr season with a bang catching 8 balls for 120 yards and 3 TD’s.  Cathedral has a number of weapons both on the ground, and through the air for defenses to prepare for, but the fact that Camden was able to put up those numbers with opponents game planning for him makes the performance all the more impressive.  History tells us that Cathedral and Carmel are in for a close matchup. In order for Cathedral to come out on top this year, they are going to need another big game out of Camden this week. His performance here could very well dictate the outcome of this game.

  • Carmel Defense

Carmel came out week one and did everything they needed to do on D by holding Plainfield to 7 points and under 40 yards rushing.  They were able to control the line of scrimmage, and impose their will while controlling the ball and methodically working down the field.  They did a great job overall on D, but were occasionally susceptible to getting beat in the pass
