One of the top players in Oregon and what will be a nationally ranked recruit. Racked up 1st team All-Metro honors on both sides of the football, accounting for 1600 all-purpose yards (1,010 receiving 13 Tds). Added 59 total tackles defensively with 2 INTs, 3 forced fumbles, and another defensive TD. Three-sport athlete, unquestioned D1 kid. Will lead Beaverton at QB next season giving one of the most dangerous athletes in the state a chance to make something happen every single play. He is our 6A Offensive POY favorite. Could end up a Pac-12 scholarship player when all is said and done.
Luke Borchardt Luke Borchardt 6'5" | 180 lbs | WR Grant | 2021 State OR (Grant) 6-5, 180
Great overall athlete with size who also excels in Track (110 Meter Hurdles). Earned 1st team all league honors this past season accounting for 578 receiving yards and 10 TDs. With continued progression, he could be one of the most recruited kids in the state. Can easily put on 20-30 pounds at the next level and convert to TE. Absolute match-up nightmare at the WR position when he is flexed out because of his size. Look for Grant to use him as much as possible this season with a new offensive coordinator coming to town.
Chance Miller Chance Miller 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Canby | 2021 State OR (Canby) 6-0, 180
Unreal overall athlete who earned 1st team all league honors at WR in the brutally tough TRL. Chance could end up on the defensive side of the ball at the next level, but will require a consistent double team on O if you want to contain him. On the year he made 38 total tackles with 3 sacks from his safety spot. Has dynamic return ability when it comes to special teams with his very elusive speed. Very slippery with the ball in his hands with excellent jukes, it takes 2 or more defenders to tackle him.
Jahleel Heath Jahleel Heath 6'3" | 200 lbs | LB Oregon City | 2021 State OR (Oregon City) 6-3, 200
Heath is a big physical target who can play on both sides of the football. He was efficient all year catching 17 passes for 218 yards and 4 TDs. He earned honorable mention all-conference honors at WR but could end up on the defensive side of the ball collegiately. Big target with soft hands over the middle, very hard to tackle after the catch with his size and strength. Very smart WR who understands how to sit in zones and display himself to the QB.
Tanner Volk Tanner Volk 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Aloha | 2021 State OR (Aloha) 6-1, 180
Student of the game coming from a football family. Had a huge Junior season catching 46 balls for 1060 Total yards and 10 Total TDs and 4 Int. His 18.9 ypc average was one of the best in the region. Earned 1st team all-league honors. Smooth athlete with excellent deep ball tracking ability. Plays all over the field for the Warriors, sometimes lining up at QB while also punting. Plays backside in the offense, making him almost impossible to defend with just the corner.
