Pasco has produced some very good running backs over the years, and these players are all extremely talented and will have break out seasons. At Prep Redzone Florida, we are different than most sites where we want to emphasize guys that are not being heavily recruited and try to promote them, so they also get an opportunity to play in college and get the exposure they need and deserve!
Angel Gonzalez-Gordon- Fivay
5’9 170lbs

Gonzalez-Gordon reminds me of Maurice Jones Maurice Jones 5'11" | 190 lbs | DB Southwest Guilford | 2021 State NC -Drew, he’s got a low compact frame and strong lower body that allows him to run with power despite his size. Gonzalez-Gordon has good acceleration, good vision, quick feet in the hole, and has very good balance, and body control. He will be Fivay’s workhorse this season, Fivay who went 7-3 last season has a chance to make the playoffs this year, and Gonzalez-Gordon will be a big reason why.
Bryan Lindsay- Hudson
5’8 175lbs
164 car 753 yds 3 td

Although Hudson went 1-9 last season Lindsay was a bright spot on offense. He ran for 753 yards for a team that only produced 702 yards passing, defenses were keying on Lindsay and he still produced a good season. Bryan Lindsay is a power-back despite his size he will lower his pads and run through tacklers, he does a good job finishing his runs while picking up yards after contact with outstanding leg drive. He doesn’t show breakaway speed, but he has enough to generate long gains. I expect Lindsay to have a thousand yards season this year has the Hudson Cobra’s offense will run through him again.
Jaylan Blake- Wesley Chapel
5’10 170lbs
https://www.hudl.com/profile/11851425/Jaylan-Blake
Blake is a c/o 22 Running back who shows good vision, nice speed to get to the edge, and has some ability to pass block. He runs hard and keeps his legs driving constantly. He runs with a nice slashing style, shows no wasted movement, and is always moving forward picking up yards. Blake will be the workhorse for Wesley Chapel this year and could have a 1,000-yard season. He’ll be a breakout player in Pasco County this year.
Andy Treto- JW Mitchell
5’10 175lbs
70 car 538yds 8 tds
https://www.hudl.com/profile/5521001/Andy-Treto
Treto ran for 538 yards last year as a backup to Tyler Williams who ran for 1364 yards for a Mitchell football team that went to the playoffs. Mitchell is one of the best teams in Pasco County year after year. Treto is one of the best running back prospects in Pasco County this season, he’s a scat-back that will lower his shoulder and run through you, runs with a good forward lean, he shows a nice burst and quickness through the hole, does an outstanding job of reading his block has good speed to rip off long runs. No wasted movement runs with authority and vision and shows good feet in the hole. I predict Treto could lead Pasco County in rushing yards this season as Mitchell is in the hunt again for another playoff berth.
