- QB Jalen Cunningham – Thornwood, 2021
This is the second time Jalen impressed me at a camp this summer, and he is creating quite the buzz for himself at these camps. Great frame, athletic, quick release, and a strong arm. There is a ton to like about him when you turn on the film too. I really like his upside, and if he isn’t a QB, he has the frame and athleticism to play another position. Scholarship kid for somebody and his recruitment should start to heat up!
- TE Henry Boyer Henry Boyer 6'7" | 250 lbs | TE Brother Rice | 2022 State IL – Payton Prep, 2022
Henry is a prospect that has impressed me a number of times over the past year. The thing that stood out the most at this camp, was his physical development. He has added a lot of weight to his 6’6″ frame and has done so without losing any of his speed and agility. He is a TE prospect for now, but if he continues to grow, he could potentially end up being a very athletic offensive tackle… The type that college coaches can’t get enough of. He still has a couple years of development, but Henry is a kid that D1 colleges will be following closely.
- QB Jerry Kaminski Jerry Kaminski 6'2" | 205 lbs | QB Sun Prairie East | 2023 State WI – Sun Prairie, WI, 2023
The young QB turned heads with his mechanics, release, arm, and accuracy. He fit right in with the older prospects and I was impressed to see him seamlessly adjust to a brand new group of WR’s. As a student of the game, and coaches kid, he is sure to be turning plenty of heads over the next 3 years. As he continues to develop physically, he has a chance to develop into a heck of a prospect.
- WR Jalil Martin Jalil Martin 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Kenwood | 2022 State IL – Kenwood Academy, 2022
It didn’t take long to see why the 2022 prospect already has a D1 offer. At 6’3″+ he has the height, length, and frame that college coaches are in love with. When you combine the frame with his fluid route running, ability to drop his hips in/out of routes, speed, and ball skills… You begin to see why he will be a multiple D1 offer prospect when it is all said and done. You will be hearing more about Jalil in the coming years.
- TE Ryan Sims – Marist, 2023
Ryan looks like grown man already, so you can imagine my surprise when I realized he is only a 2023 prospect. It isn’t often that you see a 2023 with his frame AND the athleticism to go with it. With the size of a TE and the route running ability / ball skills of a WR… Ryan is a kid that has some big time football in front of him. With continued development and growth, Sims has D1 prospect written all over him
- WR/TE Charlie Sessa – Hinsdale Central, 2021
Another big WR/TE type with an eye opening frame. I was also impressed with his footwork during drill work, and his high level of body control that you don’t often see with a prospect at his height. In college I see him as a potential TE/WR hybrid that will be able to create plenty of mismatches at the next level. I’m excited to see how he plays this spring, and I won’t be the only one following his progress.
- WR/DB I’Marion Stewart – Bolingbrook, 2024
I am sure some are wondering how a kid that has not played HS football could make this list. Well, let me tell you… I’Marion is a different type of player. With his smooth route running, ability to gain separation from DB’s, good ball skills, and burst- He was one of the best prospects in attendance regardless of age. He already has a Power 5 offer and it only takes a few reps to understand why. His older brother plays at Oregon State and I’Marion has a chance to be one of Illinois next stars as well.
