I’m keeping this article train chugging and moving on from Wisconsin’s Division 5 into D6 and following up yesterday’s Top-4 2022s with the best six 2021s not named to the Preseason All-State teams and one 2022 I should have added to yesterday's feature. As I’ve repeated before, just because a prospect didn’t make a certain preseason team does not mean that they can’t ball, and all of these kids mentioned can make a significant impact at the next level. Heath Foeller (Unity) RB. 6’1, 180 lbs. @HeathFoeller11 I messed up and should have just added Foeller to the All-State team.
