With football being pushed back to the spring, how are you going to approach the Fall?
“It stinks that football has been pushed back to spring but I’m going to make the most of the time I have before the season to continue to get even stronger and faster.”
What aspects of your game have you continued to work on throughout the Summer?
“The three main aspects of my game that I have been working on and continuing to work on is my speed, strength and my route running.”
How would you describe your game?
“I would describe my game as a physical big receiver.”
Who do you most mirror your game after?
“I try to mirror my game after DK Metcalf.”
Where on the offensive formation do you feel the most comfortable (X,Y,Z), and do you feel comfortable being able to move around an offensive formation?
“I feel comfortable at all three of those spots I feel that I am a versatile player that can play outside and inside.”
You like to attack the football in the air and are elusive post catch, is that something you work on or does it come natural to you?
“Last year it really came natural to me but this year I have been working on being more explosive and elusive.”
What areas of your game do you take the most pride in?
“My physicality and my heart. My heart is something I really take pride in. Not taking any plays off.”
What are your team goals for the upcoming season at Fenwick?
“Our main team goal at Fenwick this year is to win state. We expect nothing less.”
Individual goals for this season?
“My individual goals for this season is to get 1,000 receiving yards in my junior year.”
What is the most important thing you’re looking for, as you look at schools?
“The most important thing I’m looking at in schools is communication and making sure I’m wanted somewhere just as much as I want to be there.”
