Columbus Academy
#40 Matt Derzon (Sr.) LB, 5’9 190 – Matt is a great compliment to Parker at LB. Good understanding of gaps and play diagnosis. He is a very good player who also excels at Special Teams.

#11 EJ Jenkins (So.) CB, 5’7 145 – Held up well against some good WR talent last night. Very quick and possesses good technique for a sophomore. Keep him on the radar the next few years.
#5 Logan Parker (Jr.) LB, 6’2 190 – Logan is a very good LB. Made some very big plays all night long. Keep your eye on him the rest of this year and next.

Bexley
#27 Kaelen Matthews (Jr.) DL, 6’4 170 – Kaelen is a very good technician at the DE position. He was in the backfield multiple times. He is tall but played with good pad level. Athletic enough to play TE on offense and physical enough to be utilized in all three phases.

#28 Grant Sheridan (Sr.) OLB, 6’0 190 – Hybrid LB/OLB who can rush the passer and take on blocks with very good athleticism and technique. He is very strong with great utilization of his hands.
