Congratulations to this week’s Prep Redzone Oklahoma Players Of The Week. We had a pair of quarterbacks for this week’s award. Our staff pick was Coweta junior Gage HammGageHamm6'4" | QBCoweta | 2022StateOK after a great performance in a win over Muskogee. The fan vote was for Bishop McGuinness senior Luke TarmanLukeTarman6'2" | ATHBishop McGuinness | 2021StateOK, who got 70% of the vote this week. Congratulations to both young men. You can read more about their performance from last week below.

Gage HammGageHamm6'4" | QBCoweta | 2022StateOK – QB – Coweta
Coweta got out to a fast start in their blowout win over Muskogee. This was supposed to be the home opener for the Tigers but junior quarterback Gage HammGageHamm6'4" | QBCoweta | 2022StateOK and Coweta felt right at home in their 42-21 win. Hamm did it all for the Tigers, throwing and running the ball. He threw for nearly 300 yards and three touchdowns and also added over 100 yards and a touchdown on the ground, showing why he’s one of the top dual-threat QB’s in his class.

Luke TarmanLukeTarman6'2" | ATHBishop McGuinness | 2021StateOK – QB – Bishop McGuinness
Similar to Caden HendrenCadenHendren6'2" | ATHPiedmont | 2021StateOK at Piedmont, we’re running out of ways to compliment Bishop McGuinness’ Luke TarmanLukeTarman6'2" | ATHBishop McGuinness | 2021StateOK. We’re all in on the senior standout for the Irish and he deserves to be on more college radars. In their big win over Booker T Washington, Tarman was outstanding running the ball against a stout BTW defense. He finished with 182 yards and three touchdowns against a defense littered with future college football players. College coaches need to look harder at this McGuinness standout.

Check back every Sunday when we’ll have five more candidates for our weekly Player Of The Week!
