Fresno DB lands Big Sky offer
Just days after receiving his first offer from Fresno State, Edison class of 2022 defensive back Carlos Mack was offered by Northern Arizona.
Mack was recruited by Lumberjacks’ defensive backs coach Jesse Thompson.
He led the Tigers in tackles last season (85) and also was the co-team leader in sacks and interceptions.
Despite only holding two offers at the moment, Pac 12 schools like Cal and Oregon State have shown interest in Mack.
It’s important to note that Fresno State has done an excellent job recruiting local talent recently and Mack’s head coach at Edison, Cory Hall, played his college football at Fresno State.
After a great phone call with @CoachThompson6 I am beyond blessed to receive an offer from The University Of Northern Arizona thank you and the rest of the staff for believing in me #NAUStrong ⚒️🌲🏈 #CHOP pic.twitter.com/5VrkkP9OcI
