Damarius Fletcher, St. Cloud Tech (MN)/Twin Cities Aces (2022)
Fletcher was a prospect that was a complete unknown coming up at St. Cloud Tech. Had himself a nice day in Maple Grove, making a strong amount of plays as one of the top LBs on the Twin Cities Aces roster of multiple teams built under Chris Griggs, whos 7on7 club, Twin Cities Aces hosted the Pylon tournament this weekend.

Drew Lindgren, Mounds View (MN)/Potenza (2021)
Every time Drew plays; I keep kicking myself; because we didn’t have him on our 2021 rankings until now! He just clings to the football wherever it is on the field and makes a play on the ball. Comes from a Mounds View program that I would consider a “linebacker hotbed” in Minnesota. The kid is just Division I material, with grade A work ethic on the field and off it with a 3.7 GPA!
Tayvion Mitchell, Elgin (IL)/Twin Cities Aces (2022)
A “first look” prospect that showed some promise this weekend was Tayvion Mitchell for Twin Cities Aces. On film, a solid first step that Mitchell possesses. For being a first time ever 7on7 competitor, Mitchell is a sleeper 2022 prospect coming out of Elgin. Needs a little more development as far as size, but could a be a nice prospect at the college level.
RJ Chakolis RJ Chakolis 5'11" | LB Hopkins | 2021 State MN , Hopkins (MN)/Hitmen (2021)
If you are looking for a blow-up tackler that will evade a backfield, RJ is your guy! He hits very hard, too, and will surely put a running back or anyone in the backfield on their rear end quickly if not careful. Some have doubts about his measurables, but I love his motor, and the first step, and as a coach, would rather have that on my defense. A very alert linebacker with a strong football IQ that performed really well on Sunday. Plenty of Division I attention on this kid!
Bryan Sanborn Bryan Sanborn 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB Lake Zurich | 2021 State IL , Lake Zurich (IL/)EFT (2021)
A lot of talk about the Gopher prospects last weekend, but what about my Badgers?! Sanborn is one that plays with an edge and gets faster the closer he gets to a quarterback. He has a great first step to gain momentum and uses it to put players on a hit stick!
Charles Rice Charles Rice LB Fridley | 2021 State MN , Fridley (MN)/Twin Cities Aces (2021)
Rice was another nice prospect from Sunday in Maple Grove for the Aces. You get the best of both worlds with Rice; he can make a play in the backfield and can drop back into coverage for you as well. A very long prospect at 6’3. It looks like, on film, a lot of OTs and TEs forgot he lined up on edge, and because of that, he made their backfield pay the price! A mismatch prospect that can play DB or LB. If the LB route is the route you are taking with Rice, you will need to fill him out just a small bit, as he stands around 205 pounds but has filled out about 20 pounds from the last Hudl update. A three-sport athlete that holds offers from NAIA and a handful of MIAC programs.
