Over the past few years, the Twin Lakes Conference has produced some incredible talent on the basketball court.

However, that doesn't mean the league just skips over the fall and the football season.

While teams are split among districts and not technically a "conference" as usual for other sports, you can still look at what they are accomplishing and group it together.

Through the opening few weeks, the TLC has scored 13 victories as a true conference.

One unique aspect to all this is seeing the difference in classes that the teams compete in. You have eight-man squads all the way up to Class 1A.

Alta-Aurelia (0-2)

Alta-Aurelia has struggled to find the end zone this year.

The Warriors have scored just 14 points in two games. Preston McCoy has 99 yards rushing and Cade Rohwer leads the defense with 11 tackles including 4.5 for loss.

East Sac County (0-2)

It's been a tough start for East Sac County, as the Raiders have yet to taste victory.

Tyler Schmitt has thrown for 167 yards, with Garrett Quirk providing him a top target. Camden Villhauer, just a sophomore, leads the defense with 19.5 tackles including 15 solo stops.

Emmetsburg (2-0)
