The 2020 football season is upon us. A lot of players will look to make a name and gain attention on both the state and national levels. There will be a ton of good wide receivers, including in the junior class. Let’s take a look at some under-the radar junior wide receivers that can make an impact this year.

Elijah StewardElijahSteward6'0" | WRHoly Spirit | 2022StateNJ, Holy Spirit – Steward had a solid sophomore season with 44 receptions for 670 yards and 10 touchdowns. He caught three touchdowns against Kingsway on a five-reception, 99-yard performance. Steward caught eight balls for 78 yards in the season opener against Mount St. Joseph out of Maryland. He had four receptions for 70 yards and two scores against St. Mary (Rutherford) last November. Steward closed out the season on a strong note, as he totaled six receptions for 127 yards and a TD in a 38-0 shutout of St. Joseph (Hammonton) in the Non-Public, Group 2 final last December. Steward can make catches in tight windows and he’s reliable on deep routes. Expect him to make some more noise in his junior season.
