is the only defensive prospect for the Hornets in the 40. He comes in at #26 and has gotten out to a great start to his sophomore season. We were very impressed when we saw Tiger in person back in September against Del City. Tiger, lined up next to senior

. When you look at all the physical tools that Thomas brings to the table, you can see that potential in what he can be down the line. He’s in the middle of a solid sophomore season and needs to continue to gain confidence in the Union defense. As Thomas continues to gain that confidence and experience, he’ll be one of the top defensive tackle prospects in this class. Compared to some of the other defensive linemen in this class, Thomas has the size and potential to be one of the best.

Out of all the defensive linemen prospects in the 2023 class, here’s the guy that most looks the part right now. That’s why Del City’s

comes in at #8 in our recent update. Foreman looks like a polished prospect that you can expect to be at or near the top of the list for the next several seasons. Foreman is a physical beast and has the versatility to be moved around along the defense. While he could end up playing some linebacker as well, we see him with his hand in the dirt and firing off as a defensive lineman. Look for Foreman to be one of the best in his class moving forward.

, who came in at #20 in our recent update. We really liked Jones’ game coming into the 2020 season. We believe that he’s a prospect that could really grow into one of the state’s best over the next few seasons. He has great size and range and could move around on the defensive line, depending on what’s needed for his team. We like his ability to be moved around and still have an impact, whether it’s at end or tackle.

has the most versatility. We have him ranked as a defensive lineman but honestly, he could end up being a tight end, maybe even a linebacker at the next level. The possibilities at this point seem to be endless for the young standout for the T’Wolves. Andrews comes in at #18 in our latest ranking update and he’s currently the 2nd best DL in the class. However, with his versatility, he might be the top ranked athlete in the class. He could end up playing a variety of things. We want to see more of his growth this season.
