North Carolina has a long tradition of producing talented defensive linemen.  The tradition continues with the best defensive linemen in the area:


#1.  Keeshawn SilverKeeshawnSilver6'5" | DLRocky Mount | 2021StateNC, 6’5” 275 – Rocky Mount HS.  UNC commit is a combination of brute strength and speed.  He is a force to be reckoned with on the field.


#2.  Nick BarrettNickBarrett6'3" | DLEastern Wayne | 2021StateNC, 6’4” 320 – Eastern Wayne HS.  SC commit is a dominant force in the interior line who has quick feet.


#3.  Aaron HallAaronHall6'4" | DLSouthern Durham | 2021StateNC, 6’5” 220 – Southern Durham HS.  Duke commit uses his hands well while closing in on the ball carrier.


#4.  Emerson MartinEmersonMartin6'5" | DLRiverside | 2021StateNC, 6’5” 250 – Riverside HS.  Explosive off the line of scrimmage and runs well.  He is difficult to block.


#5.  Quinton HillQuintonHill6'6" | DLHavelock | 2021StateNC, 6’5” 190 – Havelock HS.  He uses quickness and athleticism to make tackles.
