This Air Force commit has torched defenses for the last two seasons. He’s got some serious wheels, running in the mid 4.4 range, and easily runs under the deep ball. It’s very rare to see his QB overthrow him at any time. On film, Carter is a fearless route runner who is not afraid to go across the middle and risk-taking a shot. He’s tough to bring down 1 on 1 and can make something out of nothing. Air Force got a steal with this kid, as they along with Army & Navy were his only FBS offers.
OL: Matt Arcuri, Utica Proctor, NY, SR
A nasty offensive lineman who can get out and pull on the buck sweep. Arcuri moves well and has a firm punch that gives defenders issues. He plays with great hand placement and can easily work to the second level to cut off linebackers. Watch the play on film where he drives his opponent into the sideline, it was quite impressive! This kid has all the intangibles you look for in a run blocker.
DL: Nic Guerrero, Veterans Memorial, TX, SO
When it’s all said and done, Nic will be a four-year starter for Veterans Memorial, and for good reason. He’s a true nose tackle who constantly drives opposing interior linemen into the backfield on single blocks. He’s got some serious pop in his punch and can take on double teams, and will give up no ground. He plays with a low pad level and can fight off cut blocks trying to put him down. I think he’s got FBS potential and should be a Division I kid when his recruiting wraps up.
RB: Murphy Reeves Murphy Reeves 5'11" | 185 lbs | RB Fellowship Christian School | 2021 GA , Fellowship Christian, GA, SR
Reeves’ senior film is pretty darn Impressive. He’s shown the ability to run between the tackles, but also pull away from the defenders in the secondary. He’s a tough kid with the football in his hands and isn’t afraid to run people over who get in his way. Here’s a few notable facts about Reeves: he runs a 4.43 40 yard dash, has a 38 inch vertical, prior to this year he had run for a combined 3,353 yards and 37 rushing touchdowns. This kid has almost no recruiting interest and to me, it is a bit puzzling.
DE: Trevor Moser, Legacy, NV, SR
An explosive defensive end with good size at 6’3, 255, and a great get off. Moser is a weight room junkie and already puts up 350 on the bench press and 500 on the back squat. On film, he plays with strong hands and a relentless motor. He can play with his hand in the dirt or as a standup OLB. He also doubles as an offensive tackle that plays with good knee bend and consistently finishes blocks. I think he’s at his best as a true five-technique and that’s where I project him to play at the next level.
DL: Mason Clark, Trinity-Pawling, NY, JR
It seems like this kid made tackle for loss after tackle for loss as a sophomore. He does a good job of getting extension on guards before ripping off to make a tackle. He’s a talented pass rusher too and understands how to retrace back to the quarterback to ensure he disrupts the quarterbacks drop. For a big guy, he plays with a ton of effort and showed he can chase plays down from the backside, which could be one of his biggest strengths.
WR: Ty Perkins, Lucasville, OH, SO
A lengthy wide receiver prospect with good build-up speed and an uncanny ability to track the football in the air. Ty has phenomenal leaping ability and uses it to his advantage to high point the football. He’s a star in the redzone running the goal-line fade, making him almost unguardable. He’s a natural at running the bang eight route and has the crisp cuts to go with it. He’s just a sophomore and I think he’s going to have quite an intriguing highlight tape for college coaches to watch.
