A developing pro-style QB that has flown under the radar. He’s highly competitive, has a high football IQ, and can attack defenses in a lot of different ways. Good athlete that has a natural throwing motion and plus accuracy. Stands tall in the pocket with good poise and shows his toughness by taking a hit while delivering a good accurate ball. Shows good mobility in the pocket and ability to throw on the run. Has the tools and upside to be a quality QB at the next level.
7. Brady Huchingson, Pro-Style QB, 2021, 6’2” 175 lbs., Acalanes
A natural QB with plus arm talent and playmaking ability. He does a great job making something out of nothing with his ability to improvise and create. Good pocket mobility, like the way he feels/avoids pressure and steps up in the pocket. Arm talent allows him to throw with accuracy from varied arm angles. Good arm strength and accuracy at all three levels, excels throwing the deep ball with touch allowing his receivers to run underneath. Great ability to throw on the run in both directions with accuracy and velocity. He has flown under-the-radar in recruiting but has college level talent and potential.
2019 stats: 2,645 yards, 29 TDs, 63% completion, 128.3 QBR
8. Jake Kern, Pro-Style QB, 2021, 6’2” 180 lbs., Clayton Valley
Kern was very productive as a junior despite being in a run-oriented offense and led his team to the state title game. He has good footwork and mechanics in the pocket with a quick over the top release. He does a good job getting the ball out quickly, landing and delivering with accuracy and velocity. Has great anticipation and timing with his receivers and does a good job throwing them open. Has proven to be a winner against a very strong schedule and shows great upside at the college level.
2019 stats: 1,685 yards, 12 TDs, 62% completion, 107 QBR
9. Hudson Beers, Pro-Style QB, 6’0 175 lbs., 2021, Justin Siena
Had a great junior season as a first year starter where he threw for almost 3,000 yards and 30 TDs while completing over 65% of his passes. Strong fundamentals and technique with natural arm talent. Very accurate passer that has good anticipation and route timing with his receivers. Has the ability to sit back in the pocket and dice up a defense if given the time. Has performed well in off-season showcases and 7on7, expect him to put up big numbers in 2020.
2019 stats: 2,942 yards, 30 TDs, 60% completion, 111.1 QBR
10. Michael Ingrassia, Pro-Style QB, 2022, 6’1” 190 lbs., Marin Catholic
A technician at the quarterback position with very strong fundamentals and mechanics. Smooth drop back and footwork that leads to a strong and balanced throwing platform. He stands tall in the pocket with his feet constantly in motion ready to deliver. High football IQ and smart decision-maker, love to see him work through his progression working through his reads and secondary targets. Possesses an accelerated over the top release with plus arm strength and accuracy. Has performed well at offseason camps and showcases.
2019 stats: 1690 yards, 20 TDs, 63% completion, 119 QBR
11. Jesse Madden, Pro-Style QB, 2021, 6’2” 190 lbs., Bishop O’Dowd
Madden picked up a preferred walk-on spot at Michigan in July. He’s a strong deep-ball passer that has great touch and accuracy pushing the ball vertically. He shows good composure in the pocket under pressure, does a good job feeling pressure, and keeping his eyes downfield looking for an open target. Throws a catchable ball and puts it in a position to allow his receivers to run after the catch.
2019 stats: 1,475 yards, 14 TDs
