Players Highlighted from O’Gorman:
RB/LB- Jacob Schwab played both sides of the ball well. Ran hard and gained every yard in each of his carries. Defensively flew around the field and made a lot of tackles.
WR/DB/K- Zach Ridl showed his athleticism in full, played good defensively in coverage, good route runner with a couple catches, and kicked O’Gorman into OT with a long field goal.
QB- Teegan Schlimgen threw some nice balls to move the offense down the field, also made good decisions on when to run the ball for some nice chunks of yardage.
RB- Connor Pavelko for his second game back from injury, he was running the ball really well, definitely not afraid of contact, put in some good runs as well.
Players Highlighted from Harrisburg:
LB- Cade Larson made so many plays I was wondering if the PA was just set on repeat. Flew all over the field, made more than his fair share of tackles and even added an INT with it. Reads keys well, flows to the ball and makes the tackle, delivers a hit if he gets the chance.
LB- Ayden Viox was right there with Larson on every tackle, but also made a good deal of tackles on his own too. He has a good deal of quickness and is a good tackler.
DB- Braxten Anderson was great in coverage, keeping some good receivers in check. Also came in to help on run-support, good tackler.
RB- Quinn Wessel had some good, hard runs. Did not go down easy, had some great bursts of speed and displayed power too.
