Last Friday night, Yukon took on Edmond Santa Fe in a top ten 6A-I matchup. Yukon stayed with Santa Fe early but fell behind in the second half and would go on to lose 42-21. Regardless of the outcome, there were still a handful of players who impressed us in this game. Let’s take a look at a few of them.

Slaughter had two first-half touchdowns and played the role of the pitchman in the speed option to perfection. Slaughter trailed behind Dutton patiently all night and exploded to the second level whenever Dutton called his number. Slaughter showed great acceleration and open field awareness in this game and was one of the top playmakers on either team throughout the night.
