Fox Chapel 28 Kiski Area 24
Fox Chapel – Lorenzo Jenkins Lorenzo Jenkins 6'4" | 175 lbs | WR Blackhawk | 2022 State PA (JR) Wide Receiver 6’3 170: Love Lorenzo’s size. He may have gotten a tad faster compared to his sophomore film. Great ball skills, natural hands catcher. Fox Chapel was down until Lorenzo’s 66-yard touchdown catch with 7 minutes left, which was essentially the game-winner.
Stats: 7 catches 166 yards and 3 touchdowns
Belle Vernon 56 Ringgold 0
Belle Vernon – Devin Whitlock Devin Whitlock 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Belle Vernon | 2022 State PA (JR) Athlete 5’9 160: Devin continues to impress with his athletic ability and speed.
STATS: 3 carries 114 yards and 3 touchdowns, 105-yard INT touchdown.
Shenango 59 Northgate 12
Shenango – Reis Watkins Reis Watkins 6'4" | 210 lbs | LB Shenango | 2021 PA (SR) Running Back 6’2 195: Reis has good size. He shows quickness with good speed and vision. A physical kid who will run you over. The competition level isn’t good. Believed to be a linebacker at the next level, most likely a D2 player.
STATS: 13 carries 299 yards and 5 touchdowns
Mt. Lebanon 37 Pittsburgh Central Catholic 30
Mt. Lebanon – Joey Daniels (JR) Quarterback 5’10 175: Joey is showing he can hang with the big boys in a close game with North Allegheny last week and beating Central Catholic this week (Will be evaluated in next article)
STATS: 16-20 343 yards and 4 touchdowns
