I have spent a lot of time this season going through film, tracking weekly stats, and getting a feel for who have been key players to the success of very talented teams across the state. All of that data and film gathering has led me to these 30 players as being the finalists for the first Prep Redzone Wisconsin Player of the Year. The major factor in this award is player performance followed by the value they have to their team. The final factor, and one that I used mainly as a tiebreaker, was the success of the team. I wanted to make sure that each player on this list had both a strong season and a good team performance. Before we get into the list I want to clarify one thing. This list is in no particular order. It is just sorted by position. Without further ado, let’s dive into the list of finalists!
