#1. Darius Kane Darius Kane 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR High Point Christian | 2022 State NC , 6’0” 170 – Eastern Alamance HS. He was the leader in receiving yards amongst Sophomore WR’s in NC during the 2019 season. He displays the ability to separate from the defender to make the catch in traffic. Displays ability to get open on the long ball with ease. Darius is expected to continue a high-level of play during the upcoming season. UNC – Charlotte has offered and P5 offers should start to come in for him.
#2. William Hawkins IV William Hawkins IV 6'4" | 205 lbs | WR Heritage | 2023 SC , 6’4” 205 – Heritage HS. He runs precision pass routes and separates from the defender very quickly. Displays the ability to adjust to catch bad passes. He has powerful hands and catches the ball in his hands. He is a big receiver who is a combination of speed and power. A big number production season is expected during the upcoming season. Several P5 schools are in contact with him and offers are expected to start coming in. He has received an offer from FIU.
#3. Isaiah Jacobs, 6’4” 177 – Enloe HS. He uses his large frame to shield off defenders to make catches in traffic. He outruns the defenders on the longball scores which happens on a frequent basis. There are high expectations for him as he prepares for the upcoming season. College offers should start to come in for him.
#4. Brodrick Gooch, 6’0” 200 – Heritage HS. He is an athlete that plays multiple positions. He runs pass routes well and makes catches in traffic. There are high expectations for him as he prepares for the upcoming season. He will team up with Will Hawkins to form one of the top WR combos in NC. A solid D1 prospect who should start to receive offers.
#5. Luke Adams, 6’2” 180 – Carrboro HS. He runs the short passing routes well to make catches and gain yards. He is not shy about contacting defender after making the catch. He is expected to continue to improve his skills for the upcoming season. A solid D2 prospect and offers should start to come in for him.
