BISHOP HARTLEY
#78 Jake Skelly Jake Skelly 6'4" | 260 lbs | OL Bishop Harley | 2021 State OH (Sr.) OT, 6’4 250 – Jake is committed to Ohio University and shined against DL’s all year. Quick off the snap with great low pad level and leverage. Finished blocks through the whistle and made his presence felt time and time again. He has good technique as a run blocker and his foot quickness will help him transition well into the college game in regard to pass blocking. Has room to grow and tremendous upside.
#7 Sumo Kesselly (Sr.) RB, 6’0 210 – Sumo is a battering ram of a running back. Bishop Hartley is a run oriented team and counted on Sumo to get the tough yards on critical downs. Runs with low pad level and delivers blows forward. When asked to lead block he ran through defenders with inside hand placement. 3.2 GPA. Sumo is a player who deserves a close look on tape.
#30 Marcelis Parker (Sr.) LB, 6’1 235 – Marcelis’ was always around the ball. He possesses the size and athleticism to play LB or transition to DE at the college level. Patient in the box, takes on blocks with low leverage, violent shedder, and sure tackler. Currently no known offers but worth every opportunity.
#57 James Crenshaw (Sr.) OL, 6’0 230 – James was a road grader at guard. His nasty blocking demeanor was evident vs very talented DL’s. Played with great knee/hip bend. Quick first and second step. I was impressed with his hustle both when the play was at him or away. Fires his hands up and through defenders.
#17 Ryan Hawk (Sr.) K, 6’0 175 – Ryan possesses the leg to be a very good college kicker. His timing was very good in his approach on FG’s and EP’s. Ball exploded off his foot with good height over the cross bar. Was asked to squib on kickoffs. I was impressed with his ability to be locked into the game and maximize his opportunities.
#3 Richard Kenny (Jr.), WR, 5’10 160 – Richard is a dynamic athlete and one of the best players on the field. His stance, get off, and burst in the first 5 yards was impressive. He separated from defenders and attacked the football.
#14 Treyvohn Saunders (Jr.) FS/RB, 5’8 175 – Trey was all over the tape this season. He was one of the best athletes on the field in every game he played. As a RB he had great vision and enough wiggle to make explosive plays out of nothing. As a kick returner he brought one to the house using his superior speed to separate away from the defenders. As a DB was challenged in both the run and the pass and always rose to the occasion.
#66 Daniel Tooson Daniel Tooson 6'0" | 250 lbs | DL Bishop Hartley | 2022 State OH (Jr.) DL, 6’0 245 – Daniel is a beast. He is starting to get FBS offers and visited many top schools as a sophomore. He is very quick off the snap and plays with low pad level and leverage. He locks his blockers out and violently sheds their blocks. He was very disruptive in the backfield and was around the ball at all times. His hustle was impressive and his motor never stopped. He was equally adept at defeating run and pass blocks. Daniel is a can’t miss defensive lineman in 2022
ST FRANCIS DESALES
#28 Quintell Quin Quintell Quin 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB Columbus St Francis | 2021 State OH n (Sr.) RB, 6’0 190 – One of the central Ohio’s best running backs. Offense ran through him all season. Fast, athletic, and explosive. Can catch out of the backfield and has great hips to burst upfield.
#21 Jonathan Thompson (Jr.) OLB, 6’0 210 – This kid is a tackling machine. Tough enough to put his hand in the dirt and fast enough to drop into pass zones. Really impressive player all season long.
#61 Billy Cain (Sr.) DE, 6’1 250 – I love his physicality on both sides of the ball. Has a nasty streak which makes you want to put the pads on yourself. Quick off the ball. Violent with his hands and plays with good technique in both the run and the pass.
#9 Jason Velasquez (Sr.) LB, 5’10185 – One of the better LB’s in Central Ohio. Hard hitting tenacity you like. Drops well into pass coverage and plays equally well in zone coverage and man. Patient to his gaps in the box.
