Mill Valley won big by the score of 51-0 in their regional playoff game last week against Spring Hill.  There were several players from Mill Valley who stood out during the game.  Here are some of the players who made a big impact as they try to repeat as 5A state champions.

Quin Wittenauer RB

The 5'7 170 lb Senior looked awesome on Friday night as he rushed for 157 yards on 23 carries and 2 TD.  He also caught 2 passes for 21 yards.  In 2020, he has rushed for 876 yards on 123 carries and scored 13 TD while catching 5 passes for 30 yards.  He has rushed for 100 yards or more in every game he has played in with 5 multiple TD games including a 4 TD game against Lawrence Free State last month.  He shows good patience and vision as he follows his blocks through the open hole.  He displays good burst through the hole as he accelerates quickly into the open field.  He displays very good contact balance as he keeps his feet moving on contact and uses his play strength to break tackles while falling forward for a few extra yards.  He is
