Kyron Drones Kyron Drones 6'2" | 205 lbs | QB Shadow Creek | 2021 TX (Shadow Creek Sharks 2-2)- Kyron is a Baylor University commit who is currently leading the Shadow Creek Sharks on a 2 game winning streak after beginning the season 0-2. Kyron’s playmaking comes from the RPO offense mentality that resembles Cam Newton. With a nice accuracy and touch on his most prolific seam route has sparked the Sharks to play consistent football. Kyron recently visited Baylor University after committing and is very inspired and ready for the Baylor football experience. With half the season remaining and senior year on the line, Kyron is tasked with anchoring the Sharks to make a push for the playoffs for consecutive years. Kyron is a name that needs to be known before making the college leap which can potentially lead to stardom.
JP Martin (Cypress Falls 1-4)- The Golden Eagles have seemed to find themselves soaring near the bottom of their division however they still have a chance at making the playoffs and a senior who is pushing that is JP Martin. With his scrappiness and tenacious running the Cy-Falls RB finds himself in a crucial predicament with half of the season remaining. He will need to continue to make an effort to increase his 4 touchdown total on the season to increase scouting offers. He offers the Eagles quick elusiveness scat back who understands how to take over the game. He leads his team with 381 rushing yards as well. JP Martin is a Division II product who can find a home somewhere soon with continued hard nose football.
LJ Johnson LJ Johnson 5'10" | 210 lbs | RB Cy-Fair | 2021 State TX Jr. (Cypress Fairbanks 6-0)- The Bobcats are ranked 44th in the state of Texas and 1st in district largely in part due to LJ Johnson LJ Johnson 5'10" | 210 lbs | RB Cy-Fair | 2021 State TX Jr. He has shown monster explosiveness out of the backfield and has been a force running downhill, he has elite vision already has an echelon of D1 offers. Cy-Fair looks to continue making headway towards a State Championship due to the great run blocking and capitalizing by LJ. Cy-Fair is rich in running back history dating back to Sam McGuffie, LJ looks to mark his legacy with the Bobcats in the same realm. Currently rushing for 280 yards and 5 touchdowns. LJ is pushing for more than just accolades and hopes to continue his career past the 2020 regular season.
Hunter Wallis (Bridgeland 6-0)- The 6’0 185 lbs WR has led the Bears to historic 6-0 start and a 22nd ranked position in the State of Texas. The Bears WR has racked up 603 yards on 38 receptions for a team high. Hunter excels at taking the top of a traditional Cover 4 look through seams and post routes with graceful routes. He understands blocking schemes on bubble screens and converts those into big plays. With a playoff push underway Hunter is looking towards leading the Bears deep into the playoffs. Schools are definitely coming his direction for a further look at this point in the season.
Trayse Holmes (Cypress Woods 3-3)- The 5’9” 212 lbs RB leading the Wildcats into a push for the playoffs is Trayse Holmes the bruising RB for the wishbone offense of the Wildcats triple option read philosophy. Holmes has dominated the trenches with his dive runs and has great strength to gather yards after contact. He is a force to be reckon with in the A Gap. Teams opt to take the threat of the dive with an aggressive front to stop him but Trayse has rushed for 456 rushing yards and 6 total touchdowns. He is a district leader in both categories. Holmes is pushing for an extended season. As well as preparing for college athletics.
