TE’s are very important to an offense. Nowadays, they don’t use them as much, but I always believed that having a TE would always be the better offense. I know most of them are great at basketball as well but the odd thing is most basketball players become very successful TE’s. Using your big body, boxing out and having hands are all similar to basketball and football. Here are some of the top TE’s at the National Prep Showcase.

Sinn BrennanSinnBrennan6'4" | TESanta Margarita Catholic | 2023CA, Los Alamitos, TE, 2023

A 6’5, 235 pound TE. Class of 2023. He transferred to Los Alamitos from Santa Margarita to play with the one and only Malachi NelsonMalachiNelson6'1" | QBLos Alamitos | 2023CA and Makai LemonMakaiLemon5'11" | ATHLos Alamitos | 2023CA. He is the #1 scoring TE in the c/o 2023 and #6 overall TE nationwide! He already has the size and body for D1 and is only getting faster, stronger and maybe taller. He has been working extremely hard in the offseason going to camps and showcases. He should have a break out season in the 20-21 season with his 4 star QB Malachi NelsonMalachiNelson6'1" | QBLos Alamitos | 2023CA.

A dual sport athlete who did it all for La Mirada. His frame shows you why he is dominant on both sides of the ball. He has strong leverage and should be adding more muscle when he hits Las Vegas. His senior season should help him prep for D1 and his speed will be faster as well. Should have a dominant final high school season. Vegas got a good one. http://www.hudl.com/v/2CP0pY Bryzai White, Morse, TE, 2021 6’4, 240 pound TE/DE. He has two offers. http://www.hudl.com/v/2C5T5u Quentin Biebel, Aliso Niguel, TE, 2021 Only playing 4 games on varsity, he played more defense than he did on offense. He is making the transition now to be an effective TE. He should have a good senior year with all the showcases and camps he has attended in the off season.
