Logan Brady Logan Brady 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Steilacoom | 2021 State WA , Steilacoom, 6’1” 180 lbs.
Brady is a strong technical receiver with great ball skills. He’s not a burner in terms of speed but he runs clean and precise routes and understands how to create separation by selling his routes. He sets himself apart with his superior ball skills and ability to track and adjust to the ball in the air. Excels at stretching the field vertically where he can get the DB to transition and then go up and attack the ball at the highest point. He’s lethal when it comes to jump balls where he can out leverage and box out defenders to make the play. Not only a deep threat but can be effective in the short and intermediate passing game using his strong hands across the middle and near the boundary. Recently picked up an offer from Central Washington.
Reed Shumpert Reed Shumpert 5'11" | 175 lbs | WR Kennedy Catholic | 2021 State WA , Kennedy Catholic, 5’11” 170 lbs.
Shumpert a dynamic athlete that shows plus top end speed and short area burst to create separation. He’s explosive off the ball, quickly closing the gap between him and the DB forcing defenders to transition as he breaks or runs past them. He’s a creative and savvy route runner that keeps defenders guessing by changing tempo and levels throughout his routes/releases to create separation. Strong ball skills, he shows good body control and athleticism to adjust/track the ball and bring in tough receptions in traffic or over the top. Has a strong list of offers already including Air Force, Army, Bucknell, Georgetown, Idaho State, Montana, and San Diego but has the ability and potential to be a late Power 5 addition.
Kobe Young Kobe Young 6'4" | 195 lbs | WR Chiawana | 2021 State WA , Chiawana, 6’4” 185 lbs.
Young is one of the more slept on recruits in the state despite his great combination of size and speed. He possesses great length and a solid frame to build on at 6’4” 195 lbs. He’s an outstanding athlete that is also receiving D1 recruiting attention to play basketball. Has only played football for a few years but is a natural at the WR position with his strong hands and large catch radius. He’s a great vertical threat with his good top end/straight line speed and leaping ability to come down with a high percentage of 50/50 balls. Performed extremely well at the National Preps Showcase in Oregon when he received MVP honors at the WR position. He has pulled in offers from Army and Central Washington so far but wouldn’t be surprised if more D1’s didn’t take a chance on him.
Cooper Christensen Cooper Christensen 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Royal | 2021 State WA , Royal, 6’1” 190 lbs.
A versatile two-way athlete that had a breakout season in 2019 when he earned All-State on both sides of the ball and racked up 55 receptions for over 1,300 yards and 22 touchdowns. He’s a strong route runner that is smooth in and out of his breaks and understands how to sell his routes to create separation. He’s a natural pass catcher with a surprising large catch radius, he does a good job extending and catching everything away from his body. He’s an explosive playmaker with great ability after the catch to turn short receptions into long gains or touchdowns. Colleges will love his physical brand of football and toughness with and without the ball in his hands. Picked up an offer from Air Force in April but has the upside to pull in more FBS offers.
Gabriel Ogunleye Gabriel Ogunleye 6'2" | 190 lbs | WR Kentwood | 2021 State WA , Hazen, 6’2” 190 lbs.
An explosive athlete with speed and quickness on the outside. He has great feet and start/stop speed that allows him to change direction on a dime and run away from coverage. He is a good vertical threat with strong hands and a great ability to come down with contested catches. He’s a dynamic playmaker after the catch with the ball in his hands using his speed and elusiveness in the open field to make defenders miss. Has an offer from Central Washington but given a normal recruiting cycle and the opportunity to showcase his talent at camps/combines his recruiting could look a lot different.
