The early signing day period has come and gone, and a number of top prospects from the state of Colorado have announced their intentions to play at the next level. For a select few, they chose to stay home and play in Fort Collins for the Colorado State Rams in the Mountain West Conference.

In total, the Rams got six players to sign for the early Signing Day period. A handful of other Colorado athletes have also announced their plans to join the Rams, whether potentially signing at a later date or joining as a walk-on to the program.

Six that signed with the Rams for Signing Day

Leading the group of six that signed with Colorado State is Palmer Ridge quarterback Luke McAllisterLukeMcAllister6'4" | QBPalmer Ridge | 2021StateCO. He was committed to the Rams for an extended period of time and announced he will enroll early at CSU in January. The top-20 prospect in the state as determined by Prep Redzone Colorado led the Bears to the Class 4A state championship game this fall, completing 64 percent of his passes for 1,819 yards and 24 touchdowns in seven games.
