Q: What impacted your decision to sign with Mayville State?
Bohlman: It came down to the amount of playing time and the culture that was being built at Mayville State between the coaching staff and all of the players.
Q: Was there any other programs that were in the running, or when you got that offer from Mayville State, you knew it was the one?
Bohlman: I was between Mayville, Valley City State, and Jamestown. Mayville won because of the culture being built within the program.
Bohlman also had an offer from Culver-Stockton (MO), another NAIA program.
Q: What is the biggest adjustment you will need to make to adapt to the college game?
Bohlman: Switching to more man coverage at the college level will be my biggest adjustment. I was in zone coverage a lot at Thompson with playing outside linebacker, so the switch to man, I will need to make some key adjustments in my game.

Q: How and what did you do this offseason to fuel your future football home?
Bohlman: I put in a lot of time into lifting this offseason, especially during the quarantine. Once we were allowed back into the weight room, I confined even more time lifting than I had before.
Q: What’s the biggest thing you are looking forward to at the next level at Mayville State?
Bohlman: I am really looking forward to competing for playing time and helping this program compete for a conference championship and hopefully a national championship in the near future.
Q: What do you plan on majoring in at Mayville State, or are you undecided at the moment?
Bohlman: My plan is to major in Elementary Education and minor in either coaching or graphic design.
Extra Q: If you had one meal you had to eat for the rest of your life, what are you eating?
Bohlman: I would say subs or wraps because you can put all sorts of meats and veggies on them.
