Getting after the quarterback and controlling the line of scrimmage is always a point of emphasis when evaluating the defensive line position. The ability to create extension and separation from the opposing offensive lineman and disengaging blocks quickly and effectively to cause havoc in the opposing offense’s backfield. Here are five 2022 defensive linemen from the state of Maryland that everyone should keep an eye on throughout the offseason and into next year!
