The Scarlet Knights signed 23 members to their 2021 football class on Wednesday during early National Signing Day.
As Schiano and his current team prepare for Nebraska on Friday night, the 2021 class was finalized with a number of key playmakers joining the Big 10 school.
A total of 22 high school players joined the Scarlet Knights, while Kansas State transfer and Big 12 specialist Joshua Youngblood comes on board and has three years of eligibility remaining.
Schiano and Rutgers put an emphasis on in-state guys, which paid off. Schiano has made it evident he wants to recruit the state heavily. In this class, he succeeded.
