Bryce Caufield 6-5 220 WR/TE Lakeridge 21’- Caufield won’t be underrated for long as he just made the transfer from South HS in (Torrance, CA). Expect him to be one of the top players in Oregon for the 2021 class, after catching 36 passes for 643 yards and 8 Td’s. He also showed off his overall athleticism on D making 59 total tackles with 5 INTs
Tyler Dahlback 6-3 190 K/ATH Mountainside 21’- The #1 K/P in Oregon by far. Possesses outstanding size and overall athleticism to boot. One of the top kickers to come through the state in some time.
Spencer Kuffel 6-1 190 FS Tigard 21’- Kuffel earned all-conference honors in the brutally tough TRL as a Sophomore before missing his junior season to injuries. His teammates and those who have played against him rave about his ability.
Dontae Myrick 6-6 270 T/DL Jefferson 21’- Myrick is on multiple D1 boards right now as it’s only a matter time before he lands his first offer. His ability to play on both sides of the football is appealing while projecting at the tackle spot.
Zack Schlottman 6-3 220 TE Glencoe 22’- This is a kid you could hear a lot about in the future. Schlottman has the size and overall athleticism to be a big time wide out with continued progression. I think a lot will come down to what he does on the camp circuit against top competition.
Emilio Castaneda 6-2 275 G Hood River 21’- We have talked a lot about Castaneda over the last few months. He has definitely been the breakout lineman of the off season, training with elite coach Alex Linnenkohl of Line Pro. According to the former OSU alum/Chicago Bears center, he is an unquestioned D1 kid.
Zach Mahan 6-3 215 LB Lake Oswego 21’- The Lakers typically have a deep roster, playing for the last two state titles. Mahan is a kid with size who could have a monster year, assuming the season is played. He is an impressive athlete on and off the field.
Devik Chiang Devik Chiang 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Grants Pass | 2021 State OR 6-3 190 WR Grants Pass 21’- Chiang had a nice junior year earning 2nd team all-conference honors, while catching 36 passes for 555 yards and 7 TDs. He is currently ranked among my top WRs state wide but still slept on playing down South in my opinion.
Demerio Jamison 5-11 200 SS Jefferson 21’- Not sure what position he is going to play collegiately but he had a phenomenal Junior campaign making 88 total tackles, with 37.5 tackles for loss, and 8.5 sacks. One of the top stat lines in the state.
Tau Tafaeono 6-1 235 LB Century 21’- Statistically speaking this has been one of the most impressive kids in Oregon, yet recruiting wise there hasn’t been much action. His 109 tackles and 13 tackles for loss followed up a very nice Sophomore season.
Hayden Ellis Hayden Ellis 6'4" | 190 lbs | LB Ashland | 2021 State OR 6-4 190 WLB/SS Ashland 21’- Most people aren’t aware of Ellis, playing down South at the 5A level. He had a phenomenal junior season earning 1st team all-conference accolades at LB. He brings a lot to the table athletically also playing the QB position.
Jack Kimball 6-2 205 LB Wilsonville 21’- Kimball went off as a Junior leading the state in sacks (13.5-Max Preps) while also accounting for 58 total tackles and 14 tackles for loss. The Wildcats return an impressive group and should be a 5A title contender
Riley Van Camp 6-3 170 WR Churchill 22’- Van Camp has had an outstanding off season thus far, after averaging close to 20 yards per catch as a Sophomore. Look for Riley to be one of the better receivers state wide at the 5A level.
Coleman Compton Coleman Compton 5'10" | 170 lbs | DB North Bend | 2021 OR 5-9 160 DB North Bend 21’ – Incredibly talented kid who started as a freshman. Compton lacks size so he won’t be a big time D1 recruit, but he is hands down one of the top DBs and overall athletes in Oregon for the 2021 class.
Omar Carranza Omar Carranza 6'2" | 190 lbs | DB Southridge | 2022 State OR 6-2 185 FS Southridge 22’- Not many people know about Carranza as the Skyhawks had a tough year going 2-8 in 2019. That said as Omar has size and stepped up big, making 34 total tackles on the year as a Sophomore.
