Mario Easterly Mario Easterly 6'0" | 190 lbs | ATH Bishop McDevitt | 2022 State PA (JR) Safety 6’0 175 – Bishop McDevitt HS
Mario has the size, speed, and physicality you want in a safety. He is our second-ranked DB in this class, but he is the number one safety. He is a good tackler who can be a hard hitter at times. He shows good hip movement. When he plays at the line of scrimmage, he puts his hands on the receiver immediately. See him really backpedal in one clip and looks stiff but shows to read and react well. He shows good ball skills when he plays receiver. According to Twitter, he has been getting recruited by some FBS schools but has yet to receive an offer. Easy to believe he is a Power 5 safety.
Cole Weightman Cole Weightman 6'3" | 215 lbs | LB Belle Vernon | 2022 State PA (JR) Linebacker 6’3 210 – Belle Vernon HS
Cole has had a very impressive and productive couple of years. He was our WPIAL’s Class 4A defensive player of the year with 129 total tackles, 29 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks. Cole is a pure middle linebacker who shows physicality. It’s no secret FBS schools know about him. He is getting recruited by the MAC, other Group of 5 schools, and even Power 5 teams. Even though he is getting all this attention, he has yet to receive an offer according to his Twitter.
Collin Quintano (JR) Quarterback 6’2 185 – Notre Dame Green Pond HS
Collin has good size. He shows a high, tight, quick release. Collin has a pretty good arm and throws it with ease and seems pretty accurate as well. He is athletic, doesn’t run much. He is accurate on the run as well. On the season he was 118 of 192 completing 61% of his passes. He threw for 1,856 yards with 18 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. He also added 2 rushing touchdowns, one of them was an 80-yard run. Collin shows to be an FBS quarterback that could be a potential Power 5 player, if he produces as well if not better in his senior season.
Lorenzo Jenkins Lorenzo Jenkins 6'4" | 175 lbs | WR Blackhawk | 2022 State PA (JR) Wide Receiver 6’3 185 – Fox Chapel HS
Lorenzo had a good season. He had 31 receptions for 501 yards and 7 touchdowns. Though his stats don’t seem like much, kid can play. He has tremendous hands, natural catcher. He is a good route runner and seems to have gotten a little faster from his sophomore film. At the end of the season, he added 15 pounds. Lorenzo would be a perfect fit for the MAC. If he has an amazing senior season who knows where he might go.
Geo Fabian Geo Fabian 6'1" | 160 lbs | DB Northeast | 2022 State PA (JR) Cornerback 6’1 160 – Northeast HS
Geovanny did not have junior film as Northeast did not play this season but based on his sophomore film, he is an FBS player. Geovanny has good size. Shows good speed and able to sink hips with receivers. He is a good tackler. He has good hip movement. There are some concerns such as ball skills, but I do believe he is at least a Group of 5 corner. He is someone you should really get to camp with no junior film. Very interested to see how he developed from sophomore year to senior year, but no doubt he is an FBS kid.
