#1. Lex Hooper, 5’7” 180 – Robbinsville HS. Displays ability to find an opening then he accelerates to gain yardage. He has good hands and makes good catches for yards. The expectations are high as he prepares for the upcoming season. FCS offers should start to come in for him.
#2. Blake McClure, 5’11” 205 – Hayesville HS. A shifty runner who displays deceptive speed which enables him to go for long runs. He runs with power and is difficult to bring down. He should continue to improve as he prepares for the upcoming season. FCS offers should start to come in for him.
#3. Zak McLauchlin, 5’7” 160 – St. Stephens HS. Displays break-away speed as a running back and as a kick-off return specialist. He should continue to improve as he prepares for the upcoming season. The D2 offers should start to come in for him.
#4. Joe Jones, 6’0” 195 – North Buncombe HS. An explosive runner who quickly finds an opening. Great acceleration to run past the defenders in the open field. He is preparing for the upcoming season and is expected to continue to improve. FCS offers should start to come in for him.
#5. Tanner Duncan, 5’9” 190 – Mitchell HS. A solid runner who sheds blockers to gain yardage. He follows his blockers well and accelerates in the opening. He should continue to improve as he prepares for the upcoming season. The D2 offers should start to come in for him.
