This year was no different across all positions on both sides of the ball, but due to the pandemic there are plenty of high level prospects that are being overlooked due to not being able to play their Senior year and crowded rosters of players returning due to being granted another year of eligibility. With the unprecedented recruiting cycle for the 2021 class, here are some top available ATH within the region that can contribute their talents to schools at the next level.
Daniel Harrison Daniel Harrison 6'2" | 205 lbs | LB Mount Si | 2021 State WA 6’0″ 205 Ibs., Mount SI HS
Currently holding offers from Washington State (PWO), Colorado School of Mines and Central Washington, Harrison will look to pick where he will take his talents in the coming weeks and hope to collect a few more offers to keep all of his options open. During his Junior season, Harrison was an explosive playmaker from both his outside linebacker position and while playing running back. On tape, he shows he can bend/rush off the edge and is comfortable in space while showing good closing speed and taking good angles to ball carriers while bringing a good thump at the point of attack. Playing with a quick trigger, low pad level and the ability to shed blocks without giving up ground, he possesses a high football IQ while having a physical running style that gets to the second level in a hurry. Harrison projects as an outside linebacker at the next level and could see some late FCS scholarship interest come his way in the coming weeks, especially with a strong Senior season.
Logan Brady Logan Brady 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Steilacoom | 2021 State WA 6’1″ 190 Ibs., Steilacooom HS
Rated as a 2-star prospect per 247-Sports, Brady is coming off a huge Junior season in which he had over 1,000 all purpose yards and 16 touchdowns. Brady has a long and sturdy frame with a big catch radius, strong hands in traffic and good high point ability from all angles. Through out his routes, he does a good job at stacking DB’s downfield along with attacking the opposite shoulder prior to breaking to the opposite side of the defender. Having a true knack for finding the soft spots in coverage and settling before turning up field, he is a rangy prospect with long arms and good long speed downfield. Brady also displayed his talents from the running back position where he showed good patience while letting his blocks develop before accelerating through the hole. Overall, a great athlete that projects as an outside receiver at the next level due to length and frame.
Quinton Jordan 6’2″ 205 Ibs., Garfield HS
One of the most versatile, raw and natural athletes in the region, Jordan is a big, physical and explosive athlete that plays all over the field and has return ability. Also a dominant basketball player, he is a big bodied prospect with strong hands, good high point ability and a big catch radius that can come down with balls in traffic and from awkward angles. After the catch, he displays strong contact balance and a good initial burst through traffic, especially for his size. A very intriguing prospect, the Garfield product projects more as a TE or possibly edge defender at the next level due to his frame, length and overall athleticism. A still developing player that has a good ceiling at the collegiate level.
