Derek Osman Derek Osman 6'4" | 260 lbs | OL Mercer Island | 2021 State WA , OC, Mercer Island, 6’4” 290 lbs.
One of the top center’s in the state with good size and frame for the position at 6’4” 290 lbs. He has a great ability to isolate one-on-one with a defender and win those matchups with good leverage and power at the POA. He does a great job finishing his blocks but understands the importance of balance, footwork, and control. High football IQ, he plays well with his eyes recognizing where pressure is coming from and effectively communicating to his line the blocking scheme. He has seven offers to his name including several Ivy league and other high academic programs.

Waverly is capable of playing either side of the ball with his size and athleticism. He has a well-built frame at 6’3” 280 lbs. with a lot of natural strength and power. He has the ability and hard-nosed attitude to physically overpower opponents and finish his blocks with tenacity often ending with them being driven off the LOS or on their back. Show plus bend, mobility, and short area burst to work to the second level with good explosion and quickness out of his stance. Good upside at the college level, picked up a PWO from Washington State and also has an offer from D2 Colorado Mesa.

Brody Schlaefli Brody Schlaefli 6'5" | 320 lbs | OL Prairie | 2021 State WA , OT, Prairie, 6’6” 280 lbs.
Possesses the size, frame, and length colleges look for in an OT. Good strength at the POA, shows he can plant his foot in the ground and anchor down against an oncoming defensive lineman. Also demonstrates his strength with his good initial punch and ability to latch on and control oncoming blockers without being swatted away. Plays through the whistle with a tough and aggressive attitude. Not easy at his size/height but would like to see him improve his bend and pad level. Has shown continuous improvement year over year and would’ve benefitted from a normal recruiting cycle and senior season.

Shows a good initial punch and hand placement to gain initial leverage and body control. Demonstrates a good ability to adapt to pressure and different defensive fronts. Shows good versatility being able to execute different types of blocks including chip, combo, trap, and second level blocks in addition to his one-on-one run blocking and pass set. He’s an intelligent lineman with good instincts and awareness to see and adjust to different defensive looks. Plays with good leverage and pad level that allows him react well to defenders movement and be strong at the contact point. Great upside and potential as he continues to develop.
