Christian Johnson Christian Johnson 6'0" | 195 lbs | RB Greenway | 2021 State AZ , RB, Greenway HS: Lake Forest College
Johnson was top 5 in the state for a while in rushing yards. He shows a good eye for the hole and possesses solid balance. He can wear down a defense between the tackles or bust outside for big plays. Johnson has a good combo of speed and physicality, and can also catch the ball out of the backfield. He’s a very balanced back overall and should excel at Lake Forrest.
Ethan Price, DL, Cactus HS: Oberlin College
Price has a strong lower half and does a good job disengaging from blocks to plug up the middle and blow up runs. He shows good power and physicality as he frequently drives linemen backward. Price also shows athletic hands to be able to finesse around opponents, which will be a big attribute to build off of at the next level. Price will be a stud on the DL for Oberlin.
Kolten Stone, OL, Florence HS: Simpson College
Stone has a thick build at 6’2″ 310lbs, and holds ground well in a pass set. He’s a powerful kid as he frequently drives his opponents. He does a good job using his size to his advantage and was a very reliable lineman in 3A for Florence. He did a good job getting leverage on opponents overall, and will only continue to get stronger.
Alex Culbertson Alex Culbertson 5'9" | 145 lbs | WR Walden Grove | 2021 State AZ , WR, Walden Grove HS: Simpson College
Culbertson has shown a solid fast twitch and the ability to get shifty in open space. Walden Grove liked to utilize him on quick screens and he did a good job getting upfield quickly without too much dancing. He’s a fairly balanced receiver as he can stretch the field, catch intermediate routes in traffic, and work the short game well from the slot or outside.
Chase Cassel, QB, Ironwood Ridge HS: St. Norbert College
Cassel shows a good pre-snap read and seems to identify coverages fairly well. He does a good job using touch on deep balls with solid placement. He does a good job eluding pressure and making plays on his feet, as he shows solid short area quickness and lateral mobility. He’s shown flashes to use good velocity on intermediate routes, and will be a solid fit at St. Norbert.
