There were so many Class of 2024 prospects that we broke the list into two separate stories.
You can read Part 1 of the Class of 2024 standouts story here.
Elijah Stevens, ATH, 5-10, 175, Rockwood Summit
Another Summit freshman to watch, along with athlete Samuel Vu who we mentioned in Part 1, Stevens put up similar numbers to his teammate at the Showcase.
He ran a 4.75 hand-timed 40, a 4.31-second short shuttle, a broad jump of 8 feet 11 inches and a vertical of 33 1/2 inches.
Stevens saw some action on the Falcons’ varsity squad as a freshman as well. Listed as a running back and wide receiver, he carried eight times for 21 yards and caught two passes for 15 yards. He also recorded two tackles.
Paul Hartman, QB, 6-4, 194, Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, Ill.)
Yes, you read that correctly, a 6-foot-4, 194-pound freshman quarterback. Blessed with good size for the position, Hartman also has good athleticism. He ran a 4.93 hand-timed 40, a 4.47 short shuttle, recorded a broad jump of 8 feet 8 inches and a vertical leap of 31 1/2 inches.
Hartman, who also plays baseball, hasn’t played a high school football game yet but will be a player to watch during the spring season in Illinois.
Cole McKey, QB, 5-9, 151, CBC
McKey didn’t stand out with his size or testing numbers like some of the other quarterbacks at the event, but was impressive throwing the ball and has a bright future at the position while playing for one of the top programs in Missouri.
McKey saw some limited varsity action for the Cadets this past season, completing 2 of 2 passes for 22 yards, while also starting at the junior varsity level.
Talan Chandler, OL, 6-3, 240, Lutheran-St. Charles
One of the biggest freshmen at the showcase, Chandler recorded a 4.84 short shuttle, a broad jump of 7 feet 6 inches and a vertical leap of 26 inches.
Chandler saw varsity action this past fall as a left tackle and right tackle.
Antonio Munoz, DL, 5-11, 217, Francis Howell
Munoz will be a player to watch over the next few years as he competes for one of the better programs in the state of Missouri. At the showcase, he recorded a broad jump of 7 feet 8 inches and a vertical leap of 24 inches.
