Trey Martin Trey Martin 6'2" | 225 lbs | QB Oregon City | 2021 State OR , 6’2″ 200lbs, Oregon City HS
Martin shows the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws with excellent accuracy. He stands tall and moves well in the pocket, then goes through progression nicely. Martin has solid arm strength with velocity, and has shown the ability to fit the ball into tight windows, and shows solid anticipation for routes to develop. I was very impressed with his ability to finesse throws between defenders for big plays. He does a great job of distinguishing when to use velocity vs touch, and can freeze safeties with his eyes. Martin is a legit gunslinger with a high football IQ and is prone for a big year. He holds a very high ceiling and will only continue to get better.
Blake DeBisschop Blake DeBisschop 6'3" | 175 lbs | QB West Linn | 2021 State OR , 6’4″ 175lbs, West Linn HS
DeBisschop possesses very impressive arm strength and is developing into a serious threat. He has good poise in the pocket with a fluid throwing motion. He has shown the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws with accuracy. He frequently fits balls in tight windows on intermediate routes with excellent velocity. His arm strength is top tier as I’ve recently seen him launch it 71 yards on a social media video on an offseason workout. He still has much room to put on weight, but is showing signs of being a legit FBS level prospect.
Logan Going Logan Going 6'3" | 185 lbs | QB Grant | 2021 OR , 6’3″ 200lbs, Grant HS
Going moves and steps up in the pocket well, and shows good mechanics when running designed rollouts. He does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield going though progression while showing good anticipation for routes to develop. His best trait is his accuracy and ability to finesse throws in between defenders. His ball placement is very impressive and had made countless tight window and finesse throws throughout his junior year. He does a good job of identifying favorable matchups on the outside on vertical concepts. He has shown the ability to pick up yards on his feet as well when needed. Going has a very high ceiling and could have a breakout senior year.
Colby Neron Colby Neron 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB North Medford | 2021 OR , 6’1″ 195lbs, North Medford HS
Neron is a solid all around athlete. He shows a solid pre-snap read and seems to identify coverages fairly well, and displays good timing and ball placement with his receivers. He has shown the ability to throw accurate balls on the run in both directions with coordination. He does a great job using touch with a good trajectory on deep balls to let his receivers go get it. An area for him to improve on this year is his overall pocket presence. Once he can learn to move and set up well in the pocket, he can be a dangerous QB. As a ball carrier, he has shown solid reads and vision and can be a slippery kid to bring down, making him a dual-threat type.
Jackson Lowery Jackson Lowery 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB West Salem | 2021 OR , 6’4″ 225lbs, West Salem HS
Lowery has put on size since last season and will rise his stock nicely. He displays a good pre-snap read and does a good job making quick decisions without hesitation. Lowery stands tall and moves well in the pocket and delivers with a high release. He looks poised and comfortable in the pocket, and has shown flashes of impressive arm strength. He is an accurate passer overall, but can improve on his velocity with intermediate routes. He sells play action very well, and shows a smooth transition from play action to release. He has the prototypical frame and build, and has the potential to have a breakout season.
