There are some very good highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects that should all be getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.
Breylin Smith- Lakeland Christian
5’10 176lbs
Smith is an nice Prospect that shared the load with some pretty good players last season, he had 39 carries for 313 yards and averaged over eight yards per carry and 5 touchdowns; he’s also a good receiver and a three-down back catching 12 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown. This year he should be the main focal point and I could see him easily doubling his output. Lakeland Christian does a nice job moving him around to create mismatches with his speed and running ability, and he can line up at receiver and shows natural ability in that area and could play receiver at the next level.

Terrion Williams- Clearwater Central Catholic
5’9 185lbs
Williams had a very good Junior season rushing for 425 yards and three touchdowns. Coach Harvey and CCC every year seem to have top notch running backs and he’s carrying on the legacy. He has a short compact frame and when he sees the whole gets up field in a hurry, he’s a one-cut runner the eats up chunks of yards, but can elude defenders in the hole with a nice stutter step and quick feet. Nice prospect that should be one of the better running backs in the Tampa Bay area.

Xavier Townsend Xavier Townsend 5'10" | 170 lbs | RB Tampa Berkeley Prep | 2022 State FL – Berkeley Prep
5’11 180lbs
Townsend is one of the best Junior prospects in the state, he’s a three-star prospect for powerhouse Berkeley Prep. He rushed for 715 yards and 10 touchdowns this season and added 381 yards and seven touchdowns receiving. He can play multiple positions at the next level. He attacks the hole and shows outstanding vision and cutback ability. He has multiple Division 1 offers including offers from Michigan, USF, Georgia Tech, Cincinnati, and just recently Toledo.

Travis Bates- Berkeley Prep
5’11 195lbs
Bates is one of the best running backs in the Bay Area in his own right, he tends to be overshadowed by Townsend, but my opinion he’s every bit as good.He rushed for 675 yards and five touchdowns this season. He has a powerful compact frame and does an excellent job breaking tackles and rarely goes down on the first hit. He runs with a good forward lean constantly picking up extra yards. He’s also a very good student with a 3.7 GPA. Currently holds offers from Florida Atlantic, Colorado State, Columbia, and Harvard.

Andrew Kelton- Bishop Verot
5’9 165lbs
Kelton had a very good sophomore season of his own rushing for 447 yards and a touchdown. He is a scatback that’s very shifty, has very good feet in the hole, breaks tackles, and has good vision. He’s stronger than he looks and will drop his shoulder and run through tackles to pick up extra yards. He plays for outstanding team and he could He stronger than he looks and will drop his shoulder and run through tackles to pick up extra yards. He plays for outstanding team and he could break a thousand yards rushing this season. He’ll continue to get better and could end up being one of the better running backs in the state by senior season.

Lenwood Sapp- Clearwater Central Catholic c/o 23
Sapp is a sleeper prospect that is someone to keep an eye on this season, he shows really good balance, and sees the hole and hits the hole with authority. He has a nice spin move that he shows on multiple occasions on film. He doesn’t nice job running through arm tackles and protecting the football in traffic. I’m excited to watch his progression this season.
