With 10 WR in the class of 2023 ranked in the top 73, it is safe to say that there is tremendous talent at the WR position in the class of 2023.  Here is a look at 5 of those WR who are looking to improve on their successful Sophomore season of 2020.

Jerry ArtegaJerryArtega6'2" | WRGarden City | 2023StateKS is the 2nd ranked WR and the 18th ranked player overall in the class of 2023.  In 2020, he caught 7 passes for 315 yards (39.3 YPC) and scored 3 TD.  He also ran the ball 9 times for 108 yards (12 YPA) and scored a TD.  As the numbers show, he is an outstanding playmaker who is a threat to score a TD every time he gets the ball in his hands.  He plays primarily in the slot.  He is a very dangerous player on end arounds as well as on screens.  Once he catches the ball, he uses his excellent play speed and athletic ability to outrun most if not all defenders for a large gain or a TD.
