We have now seen the Early National Signing Day and the traditional National Signing Day come and go during this unparalleled 2020-21 high school football season in Minnesota, and with the recent signings of heavy-hitters such as Davon TownleyDavonTownley6'6" | DLMinneapolis North | 2021StateMN (MPLS North - signed to Penn State), Garrison SollidayGarrisonSolliday6'0" | DLSt. Thomas Academy | 2021StateMN (St. Thomas Academy - signed to Wisconsin), Carter OttoCarterOtto6'0" | RBElk River | 2021StateMN (Elk River - signed to Concordia-St. Paul), & Jake SchwinghammerJakeSchwinghammerLBTartan | 2021StateMN (Tartan - signed to Iowa Western CC), most of the big-name talent in the state have found themselves a home for next year’s football season. I went ahead and stole the idea from my coworker on the PrepRedzoneWI site Mark Johnson (@MJ_NFLDraft), and built off of the previous featured series by seasoned MN scout Brian Jerzak and decided to put together an Offensive and Defensive All-Uncommitted team for the great state of Minnesota. We’ll begin with the unsigned 2021 seniors on the offensive side of the ball, and have some really talented prospects still available. Let’s get into it! Thanks for reading.
