Rodney Clemente Rodney Clemente 5'10" | 170 lbs | RB Hamilton | 2021 State AZ , 5’10″ 180lbs, Hamilton HS
Clemente was forced to sit out the first half of the season due to the transfer rule, but completely balled out as soon as he got his shot. He hits top speed immediately, and shows a large speed separation between pursuing opponents. He has shown solid acceleration through the hole and excellent fast twitch and lateral agility. He is explosive out of his cuts, with the ability to make defenders miss both at the LOS and in open field. Clemente can be physical at the point of contact and has excellent balance, but is your speedy type back. He has shown the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield or even stretch the field vertically in the pass game. High ceiling for Clemente.
Max Davis Max Davis 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB Highland | 2021 State AZ , 5’11″ 195lbs, Highland HS
Davis is an explosive RB all around. He has excellent vision and does a good job bouncing runs outside to make plays out of nothing when plugged up at the LOS. Davis shows solid second level speed with a good separation against pursuing opponents. His athleticism is highly impressive. He’s shown the ability to hurdle, cut, or spin on a dime without losing balance or acceleration. Davis shows a very effective stutter-go movement and did a great job of making defenders miss in open space. He can fit into numerous offensive schemes and holds a very high ceiling
Tommy Arnold Tommy Arnold 5'10" | 195 lbs | RB Sunrise Mountain | 2021 State AZ , 5’11″ 200lbs, Sunrise Mountain HS
Arnold led Sunrise Mountain to a 5A state championship win, and proved to be a truck to bring down. Arnold is a north-south type back, and accelerates through the hole maintaining a good pad level. He runs through opponents, finishing runs with aggressiveness. His physicality is highly impressive, as he will take anyone head on and frequently bounces off or runs through opponents. He has solid vision and was extremely effective at the goal line and 3rd and short scenarios. His physicality allowed him to break loose for big plays throughout the season, and it can be a helpful trait to build off off at the next level. So far, he holds numerous NAIA and D3 offers.
Zachary Bennett Zachary Bennett 5'8" | 180 lbs | RB Coconino | 2021 State AZ , 5’8″ 180lbs, Coconino HS
He hits the hole with speed and aggression and keeps a solid pad level. He has breakaway speed and is a major big play threat. He hits top speed quickly and shows excellent lateral speed and agility. He possesses both speed and physicality and does a good job distinguishing whether to put his shoulder down or put a move on someone to make them miss. Bennett has excellent balance which help his big play ability, as he often bounced of non-wrapping tackles and sprung free into the open field for big plays. He has been a major D3-NAIA prospect thus far.
Donavin Fontaine Donavin Fontaine 5'6" | 155 lbs | RB O'Connor | 2021 State AZ , 5’6″ 160lbs, O’Connor HS
Fontaine is a quick and shifty scat-back type that plays with a high motor. He has shown excellent short area quickness with a good burst. He is very difficult to bring down one on one due to his shiftiness. Fontaine shows solid fast twitch and has shown the ability to juke, spin, and stutter to make opponents miss. He did a good job catching the ball out of the backfield, then used his quickness and jittery movements to pick up big gains after the catch. Good position versatility with the potential to transition into a slot at the next level. He has very good body control and athleticism, and could excel at the D3-NAIA level.
