Brian Mannion Brian Mannion 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Mountainside | 2022 State OR , 6’3″ 180lbs, Mountainside HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11660354/Brian-Mannion
Always under center, Mannion shows good footwork and gets solid depth on his drop backs. He does a great job releasing right after that 3rd step on shallow routes to get the ball out quick. He sells and throws well out of play action. He displays excellent timing and placement on a variety of throws and shows a good football IQ with his decision making. He’s dropped dimes with great touch and trajectory on deeper routes, always giving his receiver a shot to make a catch. He’s flashed anticipation on film on some routes, and will continue to be a big name QB to watch.
Dondrae Fair Dondrae Fair 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Jefferson | 2022 State OR , 6’0″ 180lbs, Jefferson HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/10312611/Dondrae-Fair
Big time dual threat QB that holds big play ability anytime he takes off. Top tier speed as a ball carrier with excellent lateral agility an change of direction. He hits top speed quickly and is extremely elusive and shifty in both open field and tight spaces. As a passer, he brings solid arm strength and seems to go through progression. He is very accurate and effective on back shoulder/goal line fades. Could improve timing with receivers in the intermediate game, but will continue to mature as a passer. He did his best work on his feet on film, and is one of the best all-around athletes in Oregon.
Mikey Gibson Mikey Gibson 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB Canby | 2022 State OR , 6’2″ 195lbs, Canby HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11401175/Mikey-Gibson
Gibson has an excellent pocket presence. Very poised and collected with the ability to deliver throws under pressure. Tough kid as he took some hard shots last season after release and responded well. He’s has the ability to deliver accurate throws while on the move in both directions and throw off platform. Not a burner in terms of speed, but is athletic and quick enough to pick up yards when the pocket collapses, or on designed QB runs at the high school level. Big potential as he continues to mature and develop.
Jackson Jones Jackson Jones 6'0" | 190 lbs | QB Tualatin | 2022 State OR , 6’0″ 180lbs, Tualatin HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11733168/Jackson-Jones
Jones has recently shown big improvements from his sophomore season to now. He has smooth and clean footwork with a good demeanor as a passer and delivers with a quick release. He’s flashed the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws. He’s fit some balls in tight windows as a sophomore and will only continue to get better with experience. Flashed the ability to throw receivers open and really improved throughout last season with his release and timing.
Dom Montiel Dom Montiel 6'3" | 185 lbs | QB Marshfield | 2022 State OR , 6’3″ 180lbs, Marshfield HS
Film: https://www.hudl.com/profile/10107207/Dom-Montiel
Montiel has a big arm and can let it fly when he wants to take a shot. Excellent arm strength with velocity and did a good job hitting intermediate routes. He throws well on the move in his dominant direction. Montiel did a good job extending plays and finding receivers downfield when he was forced out of the pocket. Flashed the ability to pick up yards on his feet as well. He has room to improve on the consistency of his footwork and pocket presence, but recently in 7v7’s has showed big improvements. As he becomes more fluid and poised in the pocket, he’s going to be a dangerous kid behind center.
