It is the time of year where seven-on-seven tournaments and performance camps are going across the country. The state of Arkansas is being well represented in camps across the country by players from the state of Arkansas. From Alabama to Texas, numerous tournaments are going on and we are going to look at a few players that had an impressive first day of competition. We have some names that are going to jump out to numerous observers that are performing well on the first day of camps.

Sharmon Rester-Quarterback-El Dorado-2022

Rester is a playmaker at the quarterback position. He does an excellent job of extending the play long enough to find his wide receiver running free. In 2020, Rester passed for 696 yards and five touchdowns. He was impressive running the ball for El Dorado as well. Rester rushed for 343 yards and seven touchdowns. Fast forward a few months into 2021 and Rester is impressing many with his accuracy and arm strength in seven-on-seven camps. Rester earned fastest man honors as well as displaying tremendous touch and accuracy at the VTO Sports All-American Challenge in Birmingham. Scouts should start checking in with Rester, he has the potential to play
